The success of any project is determined by choosing the right people. When we decided to sell 252D Big Bay Road on the Awhitu Peninsula the choice of Barbara and Stanley Armon as the agents was a brilliant decision. The Armons at the very first meeting said they would create energy in the sale and by doing so would achieve a great result. Real Estate agents are notorious for over-selling themselves and the predicted outcome when vying for a listing. Over the subsequent marketing phase what became apparent was Stanley and Barbara kept to what they had promised at the start, creating enthusiasm and energy in the process. Their predicted price was found to be incorrect, not on the high side but rather significantly on the low side.

To achieve a great result in Real Estate every part of the sale needs to be done well. From taking the
photos, producing great marketing material, ensuring the marketing is seen widely in this digital age, to gaining knowledge of the property, to the small tasks which make all the difference in the sales process. Barbara and Stanley ensured all this was done professionally and effectively.

On a personal note, the sale process was fun. The enthusiasm of the Armons is infectious. Stanley’s stories made us laugh and the combination of Stanley creating energy in the sale process and Barbara’s communication to us the vendors made a stressful process a great experience.
